"Lovely hotel, particularly the pool and terrace areas. Staff attentive and friendly and the room was spacious and clean with a great sea view. We were underwhelmed by the breakfast - the quality was ok, the selection was ok, we would expect a better quality and range of breakfast, better coffee etc for a 5 star. That said, we had a great stay and everything else was great."

"Hotel was very nice with comfortable sunbeds good breakfast and great clean rooms with excellent views. One downside was that we should have free upgrade of the room but did not get that even though we saw a lot of them not booked. Gold member at Hotels.com does not give much in this matter."

"The beach was nice and quiet but the view from the pool is obstructed by an unsightly plastic massage tent. The rooms are a great size with comfy beds... pillows could be a lot better. It is a shame that the fridge in the room is not replenished daily like other 5 star hotels. The AI cocktails are awful as they use lemon squash instead of freshly squeezed lemons or limes. The hotel looks like a 5 star but sadly operates as a 3-4 star hotel, so if you lower your expectations you will have a great stay."

"staff at the front desk need to be more welcoming, lack of good customer services. No offer of luggage service to our room. The room location was not step free, it was outside the main build and it was raining, be careful of the slippery tiles "

"We had an absolutely brilliant stay for two nights half board in a side seaview top double room. Staff are so friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet and evening buffet were amazing. Very quiet at this time of the year and had the Indoor Pool and Sauna to ourselves! We recommend this Hotel highly."
