"Very friendly staff who were extremely kind. The food menus was very limited and on a few occasions there was nothing that I liked. Don’t get duped into their half board rate - there are local restaurants despite them saying that there aren’t (there are two in the village within a three minute walk!). I was very upset that I was convinced to pay 55 euro each for HB upon arrival (after being told there were no restaurants nearby) but when I asked to cancel the HB fee the following day I was told...

"This was a truly perfect stay at a hotel where the staff are warm and welcoming to all, the food is amazing and the cleanliness is outstanding. This hotel is a little dated but not in poor repair at all. It is clearly maintained to a high standard and with pride. Bedding was luxury, food was also a very very high standard in restaurant and breakfast and bar snacks. The pool is a perfect spot for cooling down after a busy day. "I took my young daughter here for a long weekend in April. We had a lovely time - beach, pool, Alcudia old town. The hotel was busy but not rammed and the pool area was quiet (the pool is not heated, as is standard I think, and so was quite chilly in April,"
