"I don’t like to leave bad reviews, but I hope this saves someone from the headache and inconvenience we experienced. The actual condition of the property is far from what is pictured. It is dilapidated, dirty, and unfit for rental. There were dead bugs all over inside and a live scorpion, stains in the carpet, and the pantry had dirty empty containers. The outdoor grounds were covered in animal feces, with an empty pool, defunct hot tub, and rubbish about the property. We found alternative...

"What an absolute privilege to stay in this beautiful home. From the moment you arrive and are warmly greeted by the host and walk into the most expansive view, you know that you are in for a wonderful experience. The house is stunning. The view is exceptional. With all the amenities you need, you don't need to leave the house. Everything was perfect. "Location was fantastic. Friendly and efficient staff. Bathrooms in access room need more bench space or another mirror available in main room and 2 more towel/ clothes hooks would be great so you could hang you clothes/ robe when trying to shower. Free daily parking not available close by but great option for free overnight or hotel paid parking bays. Food in restaurant was great. Loved the embrace and display of local Tasmanian produce, art and history. "
