"I traveled to Paris with my son and as soon as we entered this place we welcomed with so much love and grace. Every reveptionist and every kitchen staff i encountered dduring breakfast was very courteous and attentive. I found the breakfast to be acceptable and very convenient since every morning we had tours scheduled. The room was clean and equipped with what we needed. The air control worked great, we traveled in the spring so not sure how it would be in the summer. Wifi was very strong specially for my sons tablet streaming. This hotel is a very short walk to the eiffel tower and in a very safe street. They quickly brought our bags up to our room and also held our bags for free on our last day and when we came back for airport pick up, the receptionist came right out with my bags. Was not expecting this ! Overall we really enjoyed our stay and will be coming back to this hotel every time. "

"The hotel is ideally located in a quiet area walking distance to most Left Bank attractions, tons of restaurants, multiple Metro stops and the Bon Marche. We had a courtyard room, it was not huge but plenty of space for us and our 8 year old. The hotel is simple, clean and quiet. They had good coffee in the room and an honor bar for a glass of wine at the end of the day. We would go back. "

"What should have been a simple stay turned into a mess—literally within the first hour. The shower flooded the entire bathroom, making the room unusable almost immediately. From there, it only got worse. Staff were consistently rude, dismissive, and completely uninterested in resolving the issue. No urgency, no accountability—just apathy across the board. To add insult to injury, despite paying upfront, we were later hit with an additional 50% charge that we’re now stuck trying to dispute. Between the lack of basic room functionality, poor service, and questionable billing practices, this was an incredibly frustrating experience. Would not stay here again."

"Room was clean and well kept. The bed was 2 single beds pushed together into a double which meant there was regularly a gap in the middle which was a disappointing feature. Staff were welcoming and helpful. "
