"Bedroom is not clean! We like the amenities and the well decorated lobby and bedrooms. But the bedroom wasn’t clean, no soap, just 1 towel, they didn’t cleaned the bedroom during the 3 days. We told about for the missing items but no response until we had to go to the receptionist to request it again ..."
