"At one time this was a very nice hotel it’s pretty dated. In all honesty I would stay again, Likes: bedding was clean staff friendly free breakfast was good no meat only on the weekends, bathroom was fair everything worked, Improvements: wall had small holes, WiFi at least in my room was really weak, couch was kinda dirty and facing wall next to TV making it not watchable from couch the pricing was fair I would give this hotel a 3.5 out of 5"

"The room was disgusting with black spots that looked like mold, bugs, and yellow sticky spots on the wall. The hotel smelled bad and was just disgusting overall. The staff was not helpful. They moved me three times because of mechanical issues. I expressed my disappointment and they were focused on not refunding. The airport shuttle was not offered so I didn't know about it. Breakfast area was disgusting and the dining was gross so I never ate there. Also, there are homeless people all over the property. One person even tried to break into my room at 1 am in the morning. I contacted staff but didn't get any help or reply. They are focused on ignoring guest to not issue refunds."

"Arriving late and feeling frustrated with another reservation having fallen short of expectations, Mia greeted us warmly and enthusiastically. The check-in was smooth and easy. The room was clean and the sleep refreshing. The breakfast was tasty and served early so that our bike ride could commence in the cool of the morning. Great location near the River Trail."

"one peticular staff member is racist/prejudice, when I locked my wallet wm with a keywhen I ran to my car, I went to the desk to ask for another key to get into my room she was treating me as if I was trying to illegally enter someone's room, she said has to have my ID, I told her no you do not, that's not policy, and besides I just said my wallet is locked in the room with my ID inside the wallet. I can show it to you once I get my wallet. she said nope proceeded to make me verify my first and last name the day that I checked in the day that I checked out which all of information I provided was correct I even offered booking confirmation numbers through the booking app she still said she was not happy with this after confirming all five of those questions she said she still was not happy with those answers and wanted to confirm further, here is where I'started to lose my patience and advised her she needed to get her manager down here as soon as possible or make me my room key so I can get back to my room, she knows she's in the wrong because what did she do she made me my room key and sent me on my way. I reported this to my booking app and when they called the property the property decided to ban me and only give me 25 minutes to pack all my belongings I literally left in my bra jeans was promised a refund and still have no refund. I've stayed here muany times but will never stay here again and will continue to write horrible reviews. the other 3 women are amazing though."
