"This hotel is very near Sendai Station. It is a short walk away. The hotel is very new, clean and the rooms are well-designed. I would like to mention that the staff were very helpful and. Knowledgeable. They were especially accommodating to assist us with navigating additional nights due to an approaching typhoon. I would highly recommend this hotel and hotel chain."

"The room was clean and comfortable. I really liked the Onsen that we were able to access directly from the property. I was really happy with the property, but it took pretty long time for check-in. I was guided to the self check in but it didn’t work and guided to the in person check in. A guest who was checking in front of us was taking long time so I had to wait. Also this was our first time to stay this hotel, and I was not sure how the Onsen ticket works, like if the ticket can be used for the checkout day. I needed to bring up the basic question that most guests might have. At the Onsen place, once we arrived the floor, the staff was just standing at the entrance and staring at us and we were a bit confused. So I needed to ask how it works. Then they answered. The both hotel and Onsen property were clean and very nice, but the customer service was a bit awkward."
