"We were 2 family of 3 with 2 different rooms. both room phones never worked from day 1 and never fixed in our 3 days stay even with multiple request in lobby, Anytime we needed something missing , had to walk long way to reach lobby, and they may or may not send to room as they know you will fed up. i guess that was a systematic issue to have reduced staff and casing ZERO room service. i am sure , it is something that not going to be fixed"

"Outstanding stay. This is a spectacular hotel in one of the most interesting and historic districts of the city, the Kasbah. Rooms are beautiful and spacious, beds are very comfortable. The staff is lovely and the bar is very cosy. The hotel's feels more like a place for travellers rather than tourists - a very interesting mix of people. We would gladly stay again."

The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the common areas had a special charm that beautifully reflects the spirit of Morocco. We felt welcome at all times — almost like being at home, but with the unique warmth of Moroccan hospitality. The kindness and dedication of the team made our stay even more special. We absolutely recommend this riad to any traveler looking for a comfortable, safe place with exceptional service.
