"Our stay at the Savoy Le Grand Marrakech was absolutely fantastic. The hotel itself is beautiful, the rooms were spotless, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job every single day. Every member of staff we encountered throughout the hotel was warm, friendly, welcoming, and genuinely made us feel at home. The level of hospitality was outstanding, and it really made our stay special. Unfortunately, the spa was a completely different experience and the only disappointing part of our stay. I was refused a massage because I have a very small amount of psoriasis. I found this extremely upsetting and unprofessional. After I questioned their decision and explained that it is a mild, non-contagious skin condition, they suddenly changed their minds and said they would carry out the massage after all. By that point, however, I no longer felt comfortable. To make matters worse, the spa staff were giggling together in French while discussing the situation, which made me feel judged and embarrassed. Whether they were talking about me or not, it was completely inappropriate and left me with no confidence in receiving treatment, so I decided not to go ahead with the massage. It was a real shame because the spa experience fell far below the exceptional standards of the rest of the hotel. Despite this, I would absolutely return to the Savoy Le Grand Marrakech because every other aspect of our stay was excellent. Next time, however, I’ll be booking my spa treatments elsewhere."

"I had a great experience staying at Hotel 555 in Marrakech. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived, always ready to assist with anything I needed. The room was spacious and tidy, with everything working perfectly. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made it easy to relax after a long day exploring the city. The location is also convenient, making it easy to get around and visit different places in Marrakech. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for good service and comfort at a reasonable price."

"Nice hotel overall for the price you pay (budget friendly option), but slightly older/worn out. Large facilities and pool area, restaurants were not anything I would recommend but there are options nearby and only 10 min taxi to central Marrakech. We stayed for 2 nights and was out a lot. Concierge was helpful to organize taxi to Agadir, but I tried calling reception to get an iron and never heard back. There also was a nightclub nearby playing very high music into the night, bring earplugs!"
