"This hotel was okay. I’ve stayed at other Springhill Suites and the conditions were better. The room had a weird smell, it’s more dated than others in the same line and there were wrappers and things in hallways. Our coffee pot was broken and had a water tank filled with old coffee and some glob of slime. I cleaned it and it didn’t work. This means cleaning staff aren’t checking coffee machines closely. One of the treadmills was not level and rocked to the side while I used it. Our room had 2 body washes and no shampoo. Great potential, but it need a little TLC and a deep clean. "

"The host was very available and promptly helped with a couple of issues. The house was clean but only the bare basics were provided and the furnishing were barely adequate. For example, the bedside tables were tiny and no lamp was provided. The same end tables were used in the living room. My sister rented a 3 bedroom house in the same Moore vicinity for the same cost which was MUCH BETTER value. I would suggest you compare rentals carefully in this area."
