"First arrived and had requested a non smoking room. I paid a premium price for two nights. Got to the room and it reeked of smoke. Staff changed the room to a family room with three beds. No problem there really, but what was the problem is sewer gas was coming out of the bathroom floor drain. No matter how much water I put down the drain the sewer gas still came up and filled the bathroom and the room. It was miserable. Told staff but hotel was booked solid. Had to live with is. ...
