"ツインに娘と泊まりました。 建物は年季が入っていると思うのですが、水回りはリフォームされてるみたいで問題なし。 立地も駅から近いし海遊館まで徒歩で行けるので、とても便利です。 駐車場代が安く、宿泊料もかなりお値打ちなのでまた利用したいと思います。 小型犬2匹お出迎えしてくれるので、娘は喜んでいましたが、犬が苦手な人はビックリしちゃうかもしれません。"

"First of all thank you for allowing us to drop off our luggage 6 HOURS BEFORE CHECK IN. That helped us go to the close attraction (just a few blocks) Osaka Aqarium. The room was spacious and clean. Plenty of additional amenities and adjacent to universal studios. Will definitely return!"

"Everything in the room was amazing except for the dirty carpet. It wasn’t very nice and if it weren’t for that I’d have given cleanliness a five-star rating. Please replace the carpets in the hotel rooms on the 14th floor. The staff were great and check-in was super quick. The area is really quiet and very convenient for Universal. "

"Our stay at Risonare was awful from start to finish. When we arrived they told us there would be a significant extra fee for our 1-year-old to stay with us (I was pretty sure we booked the reservation with a child included, but regardless, this is the only hotel out of 6 that we stayed at in Japan that charged extra for a child under 2 years old). The room was advertised as a 4-bed room but when we got to the room the 4th bed did not have sheets on it, and we were told there would be a charge...

"良い点 ホテルの眺めやデザインはすごく素敵だったし、スタッフの方の対応もとても丁寧で親切でした。 悪い点 上記が素晴らしいだけに掃除があまり出来ていなかった点がとても残念でした。 忙しく、掃除にかけれる時間が少ないのかもしれませんが、高層ビルにあるホテルの為、窓を開けての換気も出来ないし、健康上とても良くなかったです。 室内とランドリールームにも綿埃が沢山ありました。 これは、スタッフのせいではなく、人数が足りていないのかもしれません。 せっかく素晴らしいスタッフの方々と眺めやデザインが素敵なホテルなので、そこを頑張って頂けたら嬉しいです。"
