Excellent place for short and tourist visits.

Great value and location for this money. Room clean and well maintained, quiet and cosy place, walking distance from the heart of the city. I will be booking it for my next visits to Aachen.

Because of the automated check-in, you do have to wait until the allotted time. However, this is the only real drawback. The rooms are large and clean, the beds comfortable and the staff very helpful (if you ever even need them, given how well-organised things are). It’s a short walk into Aachen centre, but you can get the bus, if needed.

It was so hot in the hotel, and there was so much noise from the street that my daughter and I couldn't sleep. The front desk staff was pretty impersonal and lacked customer service skills. Was also told this place had "ventilation" if would be somewhat comparable to having air conditioning before booking. When we arrived we were told the "ventilation" blew hot air, and indeed it did. What kind of special "ventilation" is that? The kind that should be standard in every high occupancy building? Anyways, we stayed one night and checked out. And that was entirely too long of a stay in this hell hole. Will never return.

Room was clean and fairly comfortable, but air conditioning didn't work and window opened onto noisy main road with drunk people shouting late into the night. No room key - you have to use a six digit code every time you access the room. I booked three nights and paid extra for breakfast, but was told on my first morning that breakfast was not available any more - no explanation, no apology and staff didn't know how to process a refund. No answer on why I wasn't told this on checking in. Eventually got a refund of the cost of breakfast after more than two weeks and several messages, but still no explanation or apology, or compensation for inconvenience. OK hotel but absolutely no concept of customer service.

Hatten ein Zimmer zur Hauptstraße. Als wir ins Zimmer kamen roch es nach Zigaretten,als Nichtraucher war es schrecklich. Unter dem Fenster war eine Bushaltestelle,wo die Leute geraucht hatten. Haben uns beschwert und ein anderes Zimmer bekommen,Fenster zur Seitenstraße,war nicht wirklich ruhig.Mit Fenster offen konnten wir leider nicht schlafen,da es laut war wegen Sirenen von Rettungswagen/Polizei.Und sie Leute sprachen sehr laut. Zimmergrose war gut. Im Bad waren leider irgendwelche Haare am Waschbeckenin der Dusche und auf dem Boden. Leider war auch ein unangenehmer Geruch aus dem Bad grkommen. Lüftungsanlage funktioniert nicht wirklich Frühstück ist in Ordnung. Für 1 Nacht war es ok. Lag zentral.

Auf jeden Fall stimmte das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Das Zimmer war sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich, einziger Kritikpunkt war die kleine Tiefgarage mit engen Parklücken. Diese waren außerdem mit Wellblech belegt, warum, hat sich mir nicht erschlossen.

Pænt og rent. I fin gå afstand til byen. Afløbet kunne godt tåle en rens, men ikke noget der havde en betydning for opholdet. Dejligt der var mulighed for parkering i p hus, i stedet for på gaden hvor der nærmest ville være umuligt at finde en p plads

Комната чистая, светлая, теплая. Со стороны улицы достаточно шумно. Со двора - тихо. Обслуживающий персонал приветлив и готов прийти на помощь. Завтрак скромный , но достаточный. В некоторые дни был неудовлитеворительным. В целом довольно не плохо.

Nach einer Party Nacht habe ich Samstags um ca. 12 Uhr 15 leider keinen Kaffee mehr bekommen , das fand ich ein wenig Schade ! Der Snackautonat war am gestrigen Sonntag Abend ziemlich leer und es war nicht mehr für jedem etwas dabei . Einfach zwischen durch mal nachfüllen. Das Personal hingegen war sehr freundlich . Ich hatte ohne Frühstück gebucht , durfte mir aber Sonntag und Montag einen Kaffee ziehen . Dafür gab es auch einen Beitrag von mir für die Trinkgeldkasse ! Alles in allem....sehr gerne komme ich wieder !! Gruß Michael
