Fresh, modern hotel in centre of town

Nice, modern hotel located close to the centre of town. The only let down was the drilling which started at apporx 8am and the below average breakfast. Also, the key fob to enter the hotel after reception had closed wasn't working due to the system still being installed. Otherwise, everything was great

Die Zimmer sind sauber Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück läst aber für den Preis zu wünschen übrig. Keine große Auswahl an Wurst (Standartwurst aus dem Discounter) keinerlei Salate. Man könnte denken es ist am Buffet alles abgezählt.

Türcode funktionierte wegen eines Softwareproblems nicht. Das Problem sei nicht neu. Also unnötig lange draußen gestanden. Die angeforderte Hilfe erschien nicht. Ausfall Aufzug. Dunkles Dachzimmer überhitzt. Klimaanlage nicht einsatzbereit. Also lieber nicht mehr dort wohnen.

4 Sterne....wofür?

Das ganze Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, fleckiger Teppichboden im ganzen Haus, das Mobiliar im Zimmer völlig überaltet, 1 Steckdose über den Matratzen in der Gästeritze, keine Minibar, hoher Einstieg in der Dusche, Vorhang in der Dusche, 1 von 2 Lampen im Bad defekt, positiv das heiße Wasser im Bad, Duschgel vorhanden, Bodylotion und Conditioner Fehlanzeige. Frühstück: sehr übersichtliches Angebot es wurde nur auf Nachfrage aufgefüllt, der kaffeevollautomat kam ständig an seine Grenzen: Wasser leer, Milch leer, Kaffee- satzbehälter voll etc. Die einzige Servicekraft freundlich aber offensichtlich nicht in der Lage, den Überblick zu behalten und adäquat zu agieren.

Soweit war alles okay. Das Hotel liegt optimal um durch die Stadt zu schlendern. Allerdings kann man das Hotel nicht gerade als barrierefrei bezeichnen.

Good central hotel, with covered parking

Clean and comfortable hotel in centre, with underground parking. My only negative point is that motorcycles are charged the same as cars to park.

Die Matratzen sind knochenhart, es müsste das Angebot eines Toppers geben . Habe kaum geschlafen . Zimmer war, schon als wir eintrafen, sehr warm, nichts half, schon gar nicht dieser kleine Ventilator . Es gibt keine Duschkabine , Duschen ist schwierig, ohne, dass der ganze Boden nass ist. Frühstück ok, aber leider auch für 4 Sterne naja , wenig Obstauswahl (Äpfel und Kiei), aufgebackene Industriebrötchen
