We have stayed at this hotel previously and when we decided to go to Germany again I automatically selected this hotel. We needed a small fridge for medicines and this was put in our room. The room we had was on the 4th floor, but this was not a problem as there is a lift. All the staff are very pleasant and polite. The breakfast is self serve and the selection is amazing and there is something for every type of diet. There is a spa baths attached to the hotel and we cannot comment on this as we did not use it. The area around the hotel is beautiful with walking and cycling trails, and only 5 minutes drive from the centre of Aalen where there are lots of local shops and eating places.

Hot and uncomfortable.

Reception staff were freindly and welcoming. Restaurant staff were not. The room was extremely hot with no Air Conditioning or access to a fan. We slept on top of the sheets with windows and door open which allowed bugs to fly in. Photos on the hotel page show pool, hot tub, and sauna pictures, but those cost extra by using a wrist band token. We regretted not sleeping in the car, where it would have been much more comfortable.

Well maintained hotel in the forested area on a hillslope above the town. Internet was fast, breakfast was adequate, the room was clean and of a good size. Didn't have a chance to visit the thermal spa at the hotel, seems to be popular with guests.

Another great stay at Limes Therman Hotel. There is nothing to do around the area but if you like a spa, good food and great customer service, this does not matter. Great rooms, clean and comfortable. Lovely pools and spa facilities. Super staff!!

Staff very unfriendly

Customer service is a term that is not known on this property. Breakfast was especially bad, the staff watched like hawks and for example, a second paper napkins was denied.

Rude staff - not a go to place anymore

We have been coming to this hotel for many years but this time was a huge disappointment. Very minimalistic and lack of service. Barely no towels in the room, no foot mat, no coffee machine in all rooms we booked. Safe didn’t work and when I asked housekeeping for help they didn‘t speak the language and were unable to help. Calling the front desk nobody ever answered bit passing by they were not busy at all. Worst service was bar and breakfast service. It seemed we bothered their team being there, staff was unfriendly almost rude. This hotel used to be great but no longer
