"First, i hadnt received entry instructions 24 hours before i arrived, so i sent a message requesting this info and asking for confirmation that the washer/dryer worked. No response. I showed up at the door, but couldnt entered. I managed to call the property manager - she was very nice, but her english is not great. She texted me a code and i was able to get the key.
