The hotel and staff are excellent. The coffee lounge on the 12th floor is truly something we would like to see always. However, the room furniture is basic and I did not have warm water the night I arrived

Amazing experience. Great food. Very nice and service focused receptionist. We got a great room with view to the city. From the breakfast area we could see the street food area that we will visit next time. Parking was hard to find and the signs were confusion and exit/entry hard to locate.

Comwell Aarhus has friendly staff and offers good value for money. We were unlucky not to find any available parking spot in the reserved area for Comwell and breakfast served in provisional area as the breakfast restaurant was closed - otherwise ok experience.

Underwhelming

The room was functional but the fittings very cheap and poor quality. There was just one thin metal hangar for a weeks’ stay and a single duvet on the double bed. No fridge nor kettle. Breakfast had good selection and quality. Dinner selection poor. Room service poor and tray charge exhorbitant

Breakfast was extremely disappointing, given the price of 22€ per person: 2 types of breads, no omelette making (was in 2022), small selection of bread toppings. The room has seen its best times long before. The climate cannot be controlled other than increasing/decreasing the temperature. No switching off or change of intensity. The staff was very kind and always helpful! Good to know: at the moment (June 2024) there's a big construction site directly next to the hotel. Starting from early morning guests might hear construction noises.

Room was small and hard to walk around bed as mattress platform stuck out beyond mattress and you could not walk around it without catching your leg or foot on very sharp corners-very bad design. My husband hit it twice and I hit it. Mattress was uncomfortable and pillows had smell. When we got to room cups in bathroom were dirty and lite was out over vanitory. Tub in room was very high which made it unsafe to get in and out for shower. Shower stall would have been so much better. Staff was friendly and nice.

Nice corner room.

The hotel location is wonderful, can be reached in 10 mins, a walkable distance. The hotel view is wonderful. I can see the Street Food court right in front of teh window. It is a good lace to go and have a lot of choices there. The hotel staff are very nice and helpful. They told me everything I need during the visit. Introduced the places around the hotel that I can explore. It is very good to me. One thing I need to bring up is the "cushion" between the bed and the desk. I have no idea why they put this thing at that place. What someone is working by desk, the corridor is blocked. During my stay, I kick on it several times. You can see that the cushion and the carpet are in dark color. I can hardly see it. When I go back to the dinning table, I kicked on it. Luckily, I did not fall. Suggest to remove the cushion to keep the customer safe.

Comwell Aarhus

The hotel is large but you are not aware of it being noisy or over crowded. The breakfast is excellent with a really good choice for everyone. Staff were friendly & polite.

Very centric - unfortunately the rooms carpet was severly stained and the pillows smelled strongly of sweat. Apparently they were fully booked and the possibility to change rooms impossible. The room was on the business floor. There was a lounge with coffee, soft drinks and snacks, but no water (still or sparkling).
