The hotel and staff are excellent. The coffee lounge on the 12th floor is truly something we would like to see always. However, the room furniture is basic and I did not have warm water the night I arrived

It's not the location, the room, the amenities that makes this hotel incredible. It is the staff! Anders Jensen and his collegue made our stay to be 5 stars. So kind, so helpful, always with a smile, ready to guide and help you. Even though the room was a bit old, needing some paint as they were scratched off the walls, and there was no kettle in the room, we would stay here again because of them! On the plus side, the view from the room was incredible. Parking was easy! The city is very different from the rest of Denmark, it's beautiful like all others but quite dirty and neglected, which was sad and extremely surprising, so it's wonderful to go back to this hotel and be received with so much joy and care.

Nice hotel with a good breakfast. The service was great and the location perfect! However, y room wasn’t as clean as I would have expected with hairs in the shower, a lot of visible white hairs on the carpet, and the bin was dirty on the outside with stains. It did negatively impact the experience and I probably won’t stay there again.

Had a very good time in Aarhus. There was building work going on near to hotel which unfortunately woke us at 8am every morning. Think hotel should have told us this when booking.

Very comfortable hotel with great location
This is a very comfortable hotel located very close to the centre of Aarhus, perfect for a city break. Amazing views of the city/harbour area from the room, free great quality coffee from bean to cup coffee machine, very clean room which is serviced every day, plenty of parking, although there is limited parking under the hotel itself so it might be necessary to use the secondary underground car park across the street, but not a big problem really, great service throughout. All in all enjoyed the stay very much and can recommend this hotel.

If back in Aarhus, I'd stay again at Comwell.
Extremely clean, very good breakfast, staff very friendly. Dinner was excellent as well. Windows in the room don't open - probably some local regulation. All our sightseeing was within walking distance. The hotel honored our request for a high floor room.

A hotel located in a very good area. Near the train station and near the bus station. The approx. 200 m away is Bruun's Gallery - a mall with dozens of shops and a fabulous supermarket: Kvickly. The front desk staff was superb. All our booking requirements were met more than brilliantly. We asked for the room upstairs and with a sea view: we received it! Floor 11. Room 1101. In the middle of the stay we asked for another room, of superior quality level and we were shown 2 rooms and we chose one, gorgeous, at a small price addition, which was well worth it. To make it easier for us to move, the reception staff gave it to us on the 11th floor! Room 1117 fully deserves the view to the sea, to the city and to the green areas! Thanks again! I met many extremely kind people at the reception and we congratulate them all! We had documents to list and, through a single email, we were listed in as many copies as we wanted, including color! Very clean rooms, towels changed daily, shampoo, soap, shower gel, toiletries, hair dryer, ironing board, iron, bag with extra pillow, etc. Congratulations also to the staff who cleaned the rooms! Congratulations to the restaurant staff! On the 6th and 7th floors, near the gyms, you can enjoy a free coffee or tea "from the house". In the hotel lobby there are many areas with comfortable chairs or sofas where you can read, study or converse. We liked everything here! A perfect choice! Alt på hotellet fungerer godt - gode værelser, god beliggenhed og god morgenmad. Det eneste jeg savnede var et lille køleskab på værelset.
