Quiet and cozy place, with garden, and well appointed rooms. The shared bathrooms were perfectly clean, loaded with towels, boutique amenities and were always available. The staff was helpful.

I did not realise the hotel did not have a 24/7 reception until the day of travel when I was sent a code for check-in. Once I got to the hotel the code was needed to enter the lobby, except the code I'd been sent did not work. So I was stuck outside for about 15 minutes at 1am, while I tried to get someone to answer the phone (and when I finally did the man was very grumpy). Probably would not pick this hotel again if I knew I'd be arriving late. Other than that the room was a nice size and clean, although a bit cold (even with the heaters on).

There is no elevator but that is not mentioned in any information. There is no one to help to bring luggage to the room; for two ninety year olds traveling for five weeks, I had to ask someone on the street to help me carry our two small suitcases up a curling staircase. The “breakfast” was negligible, the poorest of any hotel at which we stayed in those five weeks. The room was adequate and the staff was pleasant and helpful with suggestions and directions. Parking is ten minutes away although limited street parking is available for loading/unloading luggage.

Very cute hotel in the middle of the old town. Beds and pillows are extremely comfortable, but the noise from the street kept waking us up - garbage trucks, street cleaners, & seagulls began at the crack of dawn. Get a room in the back to avoid this detail. Breakfast was very nice and the coffee was delicious. Arhus is a beautiful city, enjoy!

This property is located in the heart of Hamburg. There is air conditioning in the rooms but it doesn't cool the room adequately. Hallways and elevators are extremely warm. Parking is not very convenient but there are ample parking spaces available in a nearby garage. Bedding very comfortable and rooms are quiet. I would stay at this property again.

Building very kew, there are some room in the annexe with bath out side. The room in the main building are good. Bath quite small the shower is very little due the oldness of the building. The lobby and breakfast room are in the same ambient. They are friendly. People very kind and helpfull. Just few meter there is a good restaurant. Position in very good you can reach all momuntes and point of interest al least in 10 min by foot. At 4 min there is the railway station. Around there are lots of store, restaurants, cafe. The street is very silence in the night.

Well located hotel for a night or two

The room and bathroom are clean and of a good size for a "medium" room. The windows are soundproof so one cannot hear cars in the street. However, no heating at all in the bathroom so the floor and air were really cold and it made the room feel cold as well. The isolation to the corridor is quite poor so one can hear other guests walking by and opening/closing their doors. Breakfast is over priced for the amount and diversity offered. The staff is very friendly and helpful. And the hotel is ideally located in the city center, closed to a lot of good restaurants. Overall, it is a good hotel for one or two nights for anyone looking to enjoy the city life.
