Jeg vil meget gerne fremhæve det unge personale, de var fantastiske, der var styr på det. Faktisk stak jeg hovedet ind i køkkenet, for at sige tak for den gode oplevelse. Det eneste jeg vil foreslå som forbedring er skiltningen. Man skulle ret tæt på indgangene for at læse og lede efter receptionen. "

"I had made a reservation at Kokkedal Slotshotel by mistake in Jylland, not in Sjælland where there is a hotel by exact the same name. When I showed up it was too late to cancel in Jylland. I was told this is a known problem and happens quite often. After several calls to the hotel in Jylland I still could not get my money back. This is poor quality an service. "
