Everyone was friendly, professional, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. The service was always excellent. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to explore the area while still providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Overall, it was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. "We had a very enjoyable stay at Hotel Terme Metropole. The pools, spa, gardens, and breakfast were excellent, and the hotel is beautiful and relaxing. At the beginning of our stay, we had some concerns about the dinner experience. We shared our feedback with the management, and we truly appreciated that they listened carefully and made a genuine effort to improve our experience. Mr. Aldo Casagrande and his team were attentive, professional, and showed that they cared about guest satisfaction. We especially appreciated how they handled our concerns during the rest of our stay. Their kindness and willingness to help made a positive difference. Thank you for your hospitality.
