"I was a little disappointed with my stay at Southcamp, especially as the many positive reviews were what initially drew me in. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and maintenance weren't up to standard expectations. There was sand throughout the shower from a previous guest, some cutlery still had dried food on it, and the curtain was partially off its rail despite requesting it be fixed twice. The bath towels were also quite worn, with some thin, bare patches. For the price I paid, I didn’t feel the experience reflected good value. That said, there were definitely some positives. Jackie was incredibly lovely and helpful, and all the staff I interacted with were friendly. The bed was sooo comfortable, and the tiny home itself was cosy and well set up. The location is great with an easy walk to the beach, and I really enjoyed being able to use the complimentary e-bikes to explore the area. Overall, while there were aspects I enjoyed, I probably wouldn’t stay again unless there was a special deal available."

"From the moment we arrived, this beautiful country stay felt like a breath of fresh air. The house itself is amazing—immaculately presented, and positioned perfectly to make the most of the sweeping views.The location was another standout. "The house was excellent, two families stayed and there was plenty of room. The addition of the pool landed nicely with all.Had a few false starts on the wifi but the team were extremely helpful in getting sorted and when we realised there was no pool scoop it was dropped round for us.The proximity of the kangeroos was an unexpected bonus for us from the UK!The only things that would improve it more would likely be one further bathroom... or at least an additional toilet! 9 of us on 2 was a bit of a stretch. And more out door heaters... it is so lovely to sit outside on that great deck but it cools quickly and we were sad to go in every evening when temp was no longer comfortable.The location was fantastic as we were in easy driving distance to everywhere we wanted to go!All had a wonderful time - thank you!"

"The balcony view was great, and the location was very convenient and quiet. Unfortunately, the the house was extremely hot, and the bedroom had no air-conditioning. The bed advertised as a king was actually two singles pushed together, which created an uncomfortable ditch in the middle and the mattresses themselves were very firm. Most of the house was locked off, including two other bedrooms and the main bathroom. Because of this, we couldn’t move to a cooler room or use the laundry facilities listed in the accommodation details. We ended up having to wash clothes in the ensuite basin. Overall, the location was nice, but the house itself bit dissapointing. "
