"very lovely staff and pool and hottub , as it is very cheap the jacuzzi cost 1 pound ,so just need 2 pounds for jacuzzi, it has a fridge, microwave and sink very good vaule."

Close proximity to attractions, bedroom was lovely, cosy and warm, staff were absolutely impeccable I could not remember names but you all were very hospitable and love your job dearly and did a great service for any request we needed… I even left my bag and they kept it safe. "I booked a single room which was ok. A little tired but obviously, the main rooms with a view possibly being sorted first. The other rooms left early in the morning and left the doors slam which kept me awake from the early hours. Door fixings need to b more gentle when they close. I did ring down to reception but failed to get an answer as I was having trouble with the tv remote. Unable to get the volume increased. I’m sure, in time, all the rooms will b renovated."
