"The location of this apartment is excellent and it's a great option if you're travelling with a dog, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, our stay was let down by several housekeeping issues. When we arrived, there were IKEA bags containing previous guests' dirty towels left in the hallway, which should have been removed before our arrival. "We stayed here recently for 4 nights. The whole area of Amlwch is slightly run down (like many places nowadays) but the Dinorben arms is the beating heart of the community- supported by locals for food/drinks. The breakfasts and the evening meals are freshly cooked always hot & the food is simply superb. You will not find a breakfast or any food better for the price anywhere- the drinks were excellent & reasonably priced too. It's a proper old fashioned pub/hotel run by a family including 3 generations and i hope the place is open for many years to come. Do not hesitate to either stay here or visit just for food - fantastic."
