Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

not happy in Abidjan!!!!!

I had booked this hotel, over the internet 2 days before we were to go and stay there and had received confirmation that it was accepted and paid for. However, when we finally got there we were told there was no booking and we would have to pay again!!!!!!! I showed them the confirmation number but they did not believe me and were very rude. Consequently we did not stay there and we had to get a taxi to another hotel. Would not recommend this place at all.
