Low level standings residence hotel can do better

Room service was excellent. Front desk has been awfully consistent especially with the two female agents. Food was great and priced okay Security agents were great The noise can be really bad on the hallway carried to the room - it gets annoying in early morning and at night while one is trying to asleep or resting, and it’s ongoing. Location and neighborhood are great

The residence is located in a very good neighborhood, and has a 24/7 security guard at the entrance. The property has a restaurant for guests and meals are not included with your reservation. My room had a balcony and a kitchen. WiFi, hot water and mini fridge are available for guests.

Female staff were super nice and friendly. It’s a place you can consider staying for a few days if you are very tight on budget. However, I did not like the fact that there was no refund for me when i decided to check out one day earlier than I had originally planned.

Property well located. However, service, staff and condition of the property not up to the standard I expected. For a first time I noted that asking for an iron to quickly iron a wrinkle was a problem. I have left the property after my second day. No reimbursement, nothing, not even from Expedia, despite the insurance and coverage I bought. This is quite disappointing
