Gorgeous property super close to ACU and conveniently located to just about everything in Abilene. You can jump on I20 in just 2-3 minutes be anywhere in the city. The property has a fantastic lay out with a large living space including comfy leather sofa, 2 swivel chairs and 65" SmartTV in 4K. High Speed Internet, Private Work Space, Gorgeous Kitchen well stocked with cutlery/pots/pans/plates/bowls/cups/wine glasses/coffee mugs/cookie sheets/and lots of small appliances including a crockpot. We also provide you with a 12 cup coffee maker, Keurig with K cups and Creamer. House has a huge main bedroom with a Solid Wood Furniture featuring a King bed and Full Sized Bed with beautiful bedding, night stand and built in chargers. 2nd bedroom is super cute with (2) twin solid wood beds with night stand/lamp and built in chargers. super comfy and supportive beds. Home has (2) full sized bathrooms each with tub/shower combo and vanities with beautiful decor. You'll find plenty of towels and essentials in the bathrooms and hair dryers under the sinks. Outdoor Space is gorgeously landscaped and beautiful with 2 adirondack chairs, table and fan. Nice Weber propane grill and drink cooler located just off the kitchen in the Sun Patio. Leather Sofa in living room is a queen sleeper and we provide all the linens/extra pillows, etc. you'll need in the hallway closet if you choose to use it. Pack n Play and high chair provided. Garage has a ping pong table, foosball, cornhole and other games for you. Come and enjoy the area at our modern and relaxing retreat!
