It was just okay. It was a very small hotel. The bathrooms in the room are so small. We got a room by the road and the cars were SO noisy. The breakfast area was small and out of everything by the time we got there. The construction made it a little inconvenient to get in & out of the pool. The front desk lady was not very nice on our last day and we felt very rushed by the maids the day of check out. Overall just okay& outdated. Wouldnt stay here again.

There was maintenance work being done. Wish we had known the condition of the property before booking. We paid too much for the room considering the condition. The breakfast was terrible.

I liked the location. The staff when we checked in. I did not like the old small tv that you had to get out of bed to change the channel. The old spring mattress, the toilet quit running water in the night and I had to fill a trash can with water to fill the tank to flush. There was a stange pungent smell (not coming from the toilet) that would occassionally fill the room. If I had paid $25 for the room, I would have been dissappointed. The sad part was it was my husbands retirement from the military. I wanted a decent hotel for his last night in Abilene. By the way, the reason i did not call the front desk was that it was late and I didnt want to have to bother him to swtch rooms.

Excellent to outstanding!!
Every question I answered was true in heart, I was so pleased I pray that the same kind people are working there. I believe these people deserve a raise. I will continue to go to this hotel as they were helpful with every little or big issue we had . From microwaveing hot water to billing they were excellent to outstanding!!!! The cook for the breakfast was great!! I have NEVER been so pleased. God bless you all !!

Check in was bad experience. I realize that we live in times of poor service in all areas and the challenges presented on hiring good help. Yet it doesn't take much effort to ask yourself if this was me checking in, etc. How would I want to be treated and do so accordingly for that customer. Too many employees this day are just looking for a pay check with no effort invested in earning that pay. Probably won't stay at this location again.

Even though it is old, the room was nice, the A/C was noisy at first then settled to a nice hum. There was no shampoo in the shower dispenser. Service was good. Breakfast was good was well!

I was given a different room than requested. I was told an Incident occurred which I believe my room was given to the traveling baseball players. My friend and I had to share a bed that was uncomfortable. Sofa bed was also uncomfortable. The shower water was too hot and when adjusted it was too cold. The drain in the shower would fall down and not allow the water to clear out of the tub until the we finished showering. The omelet breakfast days was not good. The potatoes were undercooked. The bacon & biscuit breakfast day was really good. Waffles were good too. Although the regular batter was chunky while the chocolate batter was watery. The pool …well there was a chunk of hair floating in the pool. Unsure the last time it was as cleaned. one outlet in bedroom was not working. (Outlet next to bed)

Overpriced service is horrible workers are rude and rooms too small and very out dated walls are so thin you can hear your neighbors especially the ones above you indoor pool is small and and cold and hot tub was tiled over. Worker actually said they are low on inventory and only aloud to check in so many guests a day
