  • At the edge of the fishing road overlooking the sea this beautiful residence welcomes you for your holidays. The villa has 2 apartments. The rooms are ventilated / air conditioned.

    Apartment 2 can accommodate up to 2, max. 3 people:

    - a comfortable living room with large windows

    - 1 bedroom with mosquito net bed connected with its bathroom and toilet

    - a standard equipped kitchen

    - a guest WC
    - TV / Sat / Hifi / Internet access

    In view of the ecological energy installation and the water / drilling reserves, there is no problem of power failure or water pressure drop.

The place is very nice for vacation or work (when you need to be isolate to perform a very import jod, like research, project writing, study, etc ) The main road is still under construction, which should be over by Sept 2018. At that time this nice house will be more easily accessible by road. The staff is very available and nice. I can say that I will go back in this quiet and nice place.

Ma femme et moi avons été ravis par la prise en charge à distance du propriétaire ainsi de l’équipe rencontrée sur place, qui s’est montrée disponible et efficace. Le lieu proche de la mer et calme nous a totalement séduit. Très proche de Cotonou mais suffisamment éloigné pour profiter du calme des lieux et de l’activité de la ville Je recommande sans hésiter

Des vacances de rêve dans une villa propre, bien équipée, et idéalement située !

Notre séjour dans cette villa a été très reposant. Située dans un environnement calme et à quelques pas de la mer, nous avons pu profiter de nos vacances comme il se doit. Le personnel à été très accueillant, disponible, et avenant. Le tarif de cette location est attractif est nous n'avons pas été déçu. Nous recommandons cette location à TOGBIN. Les propriétaires ont été à l'écoute de nos besoins et soucieux de nous savoir bien accueillis. Aucun point négatif n'est à relever, BONNE CONTINUATION !!! Et nous espérons bien y retourner !!!
