This modern, cozy duplex apartment is fully equipped for 6 guests year-round—perfect for exploring Les Portes du Soleil ski area and Lake Geneva, just 29 km away.



Located on the 4th floor with elevator, the 96 m² duplex features a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a mezzanine with a trundle bed for 2, a double bedroom, and a second bathroom with WC. The living area includes a spacious, fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine), a comfortable lounge, and a dining area opening onto the terrace, furnished with outdoor table, chairs, and loungers.



Bed linen and towels can be rented on request, as well as cleaning service, for an extra fee. The welcoming entrance has a closet, bench, and WC. A private cellar is available for storing your bikes or skis. Free parking is provided.
