"We very much enjoyed our stay! There were a few issues but overall, well worth the value. The staff, especially those who spoke English were very kind and helpful. If lounging by the pool is important to you, please know that the chairs by the pool are dated and in uncomfortable condition. Other than that, a remarkable stay for the cost. The location of the property allowed us easy access to various shopping, food and tourist sites."

"Air conditioner was horrible, there was an awful sewage smell in one of the rooms. I tried to notify it at the lobby but no one even intended to greet us or ask if we needed anything so we left. Very unhelpful staff. Extreme heat even in the hallways and elevator. Only one disabled parking spot in one of the parking garage floors. There was always someone parked in the disabled space without a permit, and nothing was done to verify this or correct it. "

"At 2 a.m., someone opened our room door. After that, there was no electricity in the room, which meant no air conditioning in an extremely hot environment. When we called reception, they treated the situation as normal and made no effort to help or make the guests feel more comfortable. "
