Good value hotel, all staff were very welcoming and helpful especially Ashatoun on reception who arranged an early check in within 1hr, Huge thank you to him after arriving 6am. Breakfast and lunch was good standard and wide menu. Especially helpful with 25% discount food n beverage. Good value. Convenient location has its own private relaxing beach and adequate gym onsite. Recommended will return.

Good 5stars hotel in abu dhabi. Food was amazing and well organized. Rooms with an astonishing view! Really Close to Ethad Towers and walking distance to presidential palace and Emirates 7 stars hotel. Despite we've booked for 2 adults and 2 kids we had only in the room a king size bed; they provided us an additional single bed for free, but the other would have been to be paid. Another point to be improved is the beach a little too overcrowded. Staff really kind. Anyhow a good stay!

We stayed at Bab Al Qasr Hotel for two nights and had a truly memorable experience. We arrived in Abu Dhabi after a very long night journey, and our baby was extremely exhausted and distressed after hours of travel. Although early check-in was not initially available, the hotel team showed remarkable understanding once they became aware of our situation. We would especially like to thank Louis from the front desk, who showed genuine care and empathy. He personally took the time to understand what we were going through and made sure we were comfortable. Thanks to his support, we were able to rest properly, and our baby settled and slept peacefully right away - something that meant everything to us as parents. The room was beautiful, quiet, and very comfortable. The bed and bedding quality were exceptional - something we personally value a lot. The mattress was extremely comfortable, and the linens were fresh, soft, and of very high quality, which made a huge difference after such a tiring journey. The beach and facilities were excellent, but what truly made our stay special was the human touch and professionalism of the staff. We are very grateful for the kindness we experienced and would gladly return. Highly recommended, especially for families traveling with young children.

everything better than expected. Only slight problem: they mis-set my expectations about when the room would be ready: I arrived at 7am and was told room would be ready in less than an hour.
