Excellent hotel, spacious & clean rooms, attentive and welcoming staff. Recommended for families, friends & business people. We had a classic suite, 3 adults staying in it, there was plenty of room (we had to have a roll away bed, but this was big enough!) for all of us. The hotel standard is fantastic, all public areas were extremely clean, bright and airy. Pool area was lovely, plenty of room for everyone. Would stay here again

New Beach Rotana Is Great... Shame About The Bed!
Well I have to say I'm impressed. My husband and I have stayed at the Beach Rotana Hotel for over a decade but we thought we would give the new Beach Rotana Residences a try... and yes we are very impressed. The Lobby is big and spacious and check-in was easy. Our room was not ready when we arrived, but we had arrived early. They parked our car and stored our luggage while we checked out the new building. When we got into our room we found it to be large with a separate seating area. A brand new kitchenette with oven, microwave and fridge. Nice large bathroom with separate shower - although do watch the marble floor when its wet. The buffet breakfast is excellent with plenty of choice for both adults and children. The Residences does not have its own pool, but there is direct access to the Hotel pool next door. My one complaint and it is a big one is that the bed is not comfortable - in fact its rock hard! My husband and I struggled greatly to get any sleep at all, even when we asked for extra blankets and duvets to pad the bed out! What a shame to a great stay otherwise!

Great break over Christmas
A great choice for the Christmas break. Suited us as a couple to have an apartment with all the benefits of being at a hotel and steps away from a shopping mall and Spar (for basic provisions). Room was excellent as was the service. Breakfast was very good and nice and relaxed vs hotels at that busy time of the year. Loved it and would book it again. Thank you to all.

Terrible delay by housekeeping whenever asked for something. Room not ready at the time of checkin. Arrived at the right checkin time but had to wait for 1.5 hours. They offered coffee as a substitute but our experience was already ruined by that time. Constant noise from top floor of our room by someone. Complained multiple times but no use. Staff was friendly.

Mini break in Abu Dhabi
The location of this hotel was very central. The deluxe suite was clean, homely & comfortable. Although the bed was a little too hard for my likening. The staff were friendly & helpful nothing was too much trouble. The pool & beach area were clean & tidy, free towels were provided, drinks & snacks were brought to your sunbed if required. Abu Dhabi mall is a 5 minute walk from the hotel, the local taxi dmservice was very efficient & excellent value for money.

Overall was good only there was one problem in our room the shower was not working amd its took 2hours and in that 2hours i was forced to stay in room to check if its going to be fixed or no But the rest thing was good noo issue hotel staff was good and friendly

Smart, Clean property, fantastic gym and private beach. Room was great, if I had one gripe the mattress was like a concrete slab but I would definitely stay here again.

This was an amazing stay. In the heart of Abu Dhabi and on the beach. A combination of luxury, comfort, convenience, relaxation and the most wonderful service. The rooms are luxurious and food options the best. Staff at your service 24/7 and attentive to any request. A truly magnificent stay.

Hotellin henkilökunta on aivan huippu! Loistava palvelu. Yleisesti hotelli on todella siisti mutta huoneita voisi siivota vähän paremmin, mm suihkussa alkaa olla jo nyt ruostetta ja kaappien ovet likaisia. Aamupala on hyvä ja monipuolinen. Hyvät yhteydet kulkea hotellilta ja Abu Dhabi mall on aivan vieressä.

Disappointing!
I booked non smoking room and I was given a room that smell so bad. I asked for a change, but the other room wasn't better. Housekeeping is at the minimum, the floor wasn't super clean, stains on the walls and tables… No amenities in the room, not even a real coffee machine The receptionists, Bellhop and waitress were very nice.

Peut mieux faire.
Bien que directement sur la plage, les structures devraient être rénovées. le petit déjeuner est très moyen. Pas super frais. Peu de choix. En revanche le personnel est vraiment charmant et serviable.
