Nice comfortable hotel. Staff very helpful. My room overlooked a Mosque so did have an early morning wake up call but to be expected. Bedrooms functional, bed comfortable, towels good and toilet paper adequate. Would stay there again for sure as very reasonable price wise

Very nice

Very nice hotel- clean, cool design, with little pool and spa on top floor. Staff very friendly and always smiling. Walking distance from the beach. Breakfast was ok but not great. In total- great place and i would stay there again.

Little gem of a hotel

Amazing little hotel with very friendly staff. Very close to the corniche and lots of shops and restaurants around. Madinat Zayed Mall is within walking distance ie 2 minutes away. Free parking was available. The breakfast buffet was very good also. I highly recommend this hotel and will be back .

A decent hotel to stay

Decent hotel. Most of the amenities are present. Room service guys are very humble and fast. Specially Arif and his coworker. Very clean hotel. Heard music heavy bade till early morning but didn’t bother me. Reception folks are amazing. Reasonable price too.

Very nice hotel with perfect stuff

I had a really nice stay ! All the stuff was very very kind and helpful. I got a very nice upgrade to my room. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast very good. I didn’t check out bars or restaurants in the hotel. Hotel is perfect location to explore Abu Dhabi. You can walk to some of the attractions or take bus or taxi. Bus stop and taxis are very close to hotel. Thanks a lot for perfect stay !

Although the property looks dated, our stay here was great. Stayed 2 nights - the room was large, clean and comfortable. Our windows looked into the building wall beside us but didn’t impact our positive impression. Breakfast was great, staff and service also great. Ate dinner one night in the restaurant on the 18th floor - the meal was really tasty and outstanding, and service was too. Only downfall we could find was the underground parking garage was a sauna and there were no signs to point you to where the lifts were! Please improve this! Area around the hotel also good; walked to the promenade, restaurants and shops no problem.

An Acceptable Place for a Short Visit

Pros: *The staff were very friendly and professional throughout my stay. *My request for a quieter room was honored. *The breakfast was nice with a good choice of different types/kinds of food. Cons: *The hotel room was very dated and furniture should be replaced. *My door had some sort of issue, so if it was not closed properly (the doorknob had to be pulled very tightly) it would be left open. This happened during my stay by one of the members of housekeeping.

Truly the Best place I stayed in Abudhabi

My stay in your hotel was amazing. Joanna and the rest of her team provided an outstanding customer service to me and my relatives whom i havent seen in over 15 years! I would like to give a Bravo Zulu to Cangga who works at the dining or Mezzinine. He was always friendly and ensured we were always being taken care. One of the policies i did not like was the food being taken away because of the closing hour. I think just close the dining facility entrance at 10, but dont take the fiod away. The chef can stop, but the clearing should may be extended to at least 30 mins to an hour more while everyone is still there eating. I also would like to give a shout out to the lady who opened the pool door and sauna for us to use. Thank you!

Perfect central location in abu dhabi for everything.its literally 15mins by taxi from the beach, abu dhabi mall or the Emirates Palace. This hotel was opposite a shopping centre that had everything a traveller needs. The hotel was modern, clean and had incredible staff. As a family travelling with a baby, Cristal made sure we were not too high up in the hotel, upgraded us to a suite so the baby had space to play. Our room was spacious, clean invluded a cot for the baby and had the all the general free extras in hotels. Our additional requests were met immediately and so were requests for a late morning housekeeping. We opted to include the buffet breakfast with our stay and it was awesome. Best decision with a baby. Lots of variety, hot and cold and unlimited. Chef Jen was incredible. She made omelettes for guests and made them perfectly seasoned for my 2yr son. Staff members Joy and Elvis were always ready to get our table and baby seat ready when we arrived. Its these little details that made cristal so worth our stay in aby dhabi. I would go back again. 1st for its hospitality and 2nd for its location .
