"Nice place for a transit stay "

"We stayed a couple of nights here on full board basis. We arrive duting lunch time but no buffet!! They sent us to a pub they have on site and told us to ordet from the menu, went to the pub and we were refused(as we had 3 kids) and sent back to the reception. Then they sent us to the main restaurant and gave us a set menu to order from, the order took 1 HOUR 45MINS to arrive, we left most of the food as we were not hungry anymore. The dinner option was minimal. I understand the situation in the middle east is not ideal right now but why would would sell a product that you can't deliver??? The breakfast was much better and we actually enjoyed. The location of the hotel is really good, pool area was ok, nothing special. The rooms are very small and old but they were clean. Staff were polite but service wasn't good enough. This is a 3 stars hotel at best."

"Confused staff, lack of coordination. No hot water in washroom "

"The room was clean and the view was lovely. The bathroom could do with a deep clean as there is signs of mould. Breakfast was not great and communication via WhatsApp not ideal. Saturday night another guest caused an hour of disruption with shouting, wailing and banging that the staff seemed unable to deal with. This was after midnight and woke everyone else up. Parking is free but not always close to there the boat is moored. "

"I requested a small laundry order the day before check out. Despite having a same-day option, the laundry was not ready the morning of my check out, so I had to leave without the items. There didn’t seem to be any real urgency on the part of staff, who instead questioned what time of day I submitted the request etc - which was largely irrelevant at that moment in time, give I needed to leave to catch my plane. The hotel should not offer a same-day service if they are unable to honour it. This request was made in good time and if the hotel felt unable to accommodate this request within the day, they should have left it in my room - particularly given it was clear I was checking out the following morning. I have sent an email to request these items are posted to my UK home address, but have not yet had a response. Phone calls to reception just seem to go unanswered. Not recommended at all."
