I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms and facilities were very clean, which made it feel comfortable and well cared for throughout my visit. The gym was well-equipped and easy to use, and the pool area was a great place to relax. Another big plus was the location — it was very convenient and made it easy to get to other areas without any hassle. Overall, a smooth and enjoyable experience, and I’d definitely consider staying here again.

The staff was very attentive and friendly, especially May, who took the time to get to know us and greeted us each day at breakfast and dinner. Area is quiet, which we enjoyed and a short taxi ride to the Grand Mosque.

We stayed at the novotel as it was a good inbetween from the airport and locations we were looking to visit and the rooms were decent. As I had a long transit n Abu Dhabi, I intentionally booked for 2 nights so we would not have to wait to check in for 2pm as we reaching early morning and provided the Novotel team with our arrival info. Still ended up waiting for the room to be prepped as the staff at Novotel clearly had not read my message. So disappointed in that sense but overall the rooms and hotel is well maintained Hotel itself is clean

Avoid at peak times

Very average stay. Reached the hotel at 5pm (check-in time was 2pm) and still waited an hour to be checked in. Eventually was given a People of Determination room which we accepted since we did not have the energy or patience to waste more time. Wifi in the hotel is extremely slow. Taxi are easily available and the hotel was clean and staff was friendly.

The room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed. I appreciated the modern decor and comfortable bed, which made for a restful night's sleep. The amenities provided, including free Wi-Fi, a minibar, and a coffee maker, added to the convenience of my stay. #reception crew I had a wonderful experience during my stay, thanks to the amazing reception crew .. specially Mr #Sufian .. They were incredibly friendly and respectful, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. I greatly appreciated their flexibility in accommodating my late check-in, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Thank you for your outstanding service! I highly recommend this place and look forward to returning.

The hotel is far away from everything. But, theres a bus stop out front that is very convenient. I could get anywhere within an hour. The hotel staff are awesome and friendly. The breakfast was delicious each day. The buffet at night was very pricy at $50 US dollars. I only ate there once. But it was delicious and a great variety of ethnic foods. The room is large and the bed is very comfortable.i was on the 9lth floor. There are no real views of anything in this location. I would stay here again though, when im back in Abu Dhabi.
