Since we have been attached to Abu Dhabi International Airport for the last 10 years, and with the recent opening of the wonderful new terminal in November 2023, it's been a bit of a learning curve on how we make the journey from the airport to the hotel as easy as possible. Now we have a better understanding of the use of the complimentary shuttle e have already increased the shuttle frequency to be comfortable for our guests. We are also looking at ways to make it easier for guests to understand our location close to the airport, including reviewing the hotel's name. In global airport hotel comparisons, we are still very close, unfortunately just not as close as we used to be. We are sorry that the experience didn’t meet your expectations. We do try to manage noise from other guests whether this is highlighted by our team or at the request of adjacent rooms. All our TV’s have limited volume controls to reduce disturbance of other guests and our Security Officers patrol the residential floors on an hourly basis for security and monitoring purposes. Wherever possible, we have soundproofed our rooms and we encourage other guests to keep their noise to a minimum, especially when the hotel is full of families or during nighttime hours.
