What is really great about Rosewood is you can access the galleria mall without leaving the hotel. The restaurants and food are top notch. The staff so friendly and wanting to help you get settled in and start relaxing.

Great city break. Loved how quiet the spa was, I often had it to myself. Staff were very accommodating to all requests. Often nice surprises in the room as we went during the Eid holiday period. Lovely little pastry shop downstairs. Access into the galleria mall and Cleveland clinic. Breakfast selection was great too, healthy options and fruit juice shots freshly made were my favourites and all the usual such as an egg station. I would say the stand out was the service. You always felt like the most important guest there. We are certainly going back.

Nice quiet time at a more corporate Rosewood than some others. Housekeeping was excellent but she of the service at breakfast was really slow taking 20 minutes to bring a drink on numerous days even when it was quiet. Service at the Tai Yum brunch on Sunday was great.

The breakfast could have had more choices and for me the staff at Aqua were not the best. They forgot to bring me my fruit platter and not that friendly Julius around the poole area was brilliant and he really made our holiday. He was super friendly and caring - he even brought us hats and made sure we were good though our stay. He is a credit to the hotel
