"We arrived in Mérida on Nov 24th for the wedding of my girlfriend’s cousin. We have been looking forward to this trip and had high hopes for our stay at Hacienda Viva Sotuta De Peon. Upon arrival we immediately knew we were going to be disappointed. The resort was lacking in cleanliness, safety, and organization. To start, the walk to our hut was completely pitch black and unsafe with no lighting to guide us anywhere. Secondly, we noticed that there were absolutely no guests on the resort...
