Un lugar para dormir y bañarse...el transporte a la costera pasa justo enfrente y hay mucha opcion a comer muy barata el rededor Playas cerca y se siente relativamente seguro el area... no es un lugar para gente exigente es algo austero y se ve viejo ya el hotel pero limpian a diario...el agua huele mal y nunca me lave la boca con ella usaba agua potable de envase Lo usaba solo para llegar a dormir y bañarme asi que por el precio estuvo bien y no me qurjo

Too many steps...not easy access to rooms. Noisy road and barking dogs backstreet windows. Bad wifi, horrible tv cable, lack of warm or hot water.

Excellent stay—you won’t be disappointed.
The location was perfect, walking distance to the marina and the beach. There’s an OXXO right next door and several food vendors on the corner. The staff was very friendly, great TV and WiFi reception, and the place was ridiculously clean. Very secure, off street parking.

El de recepción me marco enojado a mi cel en check out pero ya había dejado la habitación se lo comenté y me dijo muy grosero que tenía haber dejado la llave así como el me la entrego en recepción y me colgó Mi reservación fue pagada desde el inicio, no deje tarjeta en garantía nada y no tenía a qué regresar a recepción y dejé mi llave en el cuarto con el control y me salí temprano

Pésimo lugar para hospedarse
Muy mala nuestra experiencia, los de recepción un pésimo servicio, las instalaciones con un ventilador que no servía y no resolvieron nada, además de agua fría en la regadera, no me volvería a quedar ahí, además caro para el pésimo servicio del personal y las instalaciones.

Desafortunadamente pedimos una habitacion sin aire acondicionado jajaja y el calor fue inmenso, pero tienen ventiladorrs super funcionales, Tv, wifi, alberca y todo perfecto.

Pésimo servicio
Mal, Quitaron la televisión, el ventilador hacia un ruido pésimo, había hormigas. en general esta vez no nos gusto. Deberían cambiar al personal de recepción ya que son demasiado groseros y no saben tratar a las personas. sus contestaciones son solamente que lo van a mejorar, pero no lo hacen, deberian tomar en cuenta las opiniones de las personas y no solo contestar que van a mejorar

Superó mis expectativas en relación al costo!
Bastante fácil de moverse a cualquier lado desde el hotel, bonito, cómodo y limpio, pague el hotel más barato que encontré y la verdad no sabía que esperar, superó todas mis expectativas, aunque tienen poco personal, son muy amables y atentos a lo que uno necesita, es la primera vez que me hospedó ahí, sin duda volvere👌👌

No cumplen casi con ninguno de los servicios ofrecidos a travez de expedia, ni TV, ni aire acondicionado, un ventilador de techo que rechinaba a cada vuelta, un perro de la propiedad ladrando todo el tiempo. Eso si, nos dieron esa habitacion en tan pesimas condiciones por que teniam comprometido todo el hotel con 2 autobuses de excursion.

UNA PESADILLA
Fue como una pesadilla el hotel está súper arriba solo en unas partes hay rampa el recepcionista súper grosero me asignó la habitación que él quiso, no la que reserve y cuando fui a pedir el cambio de habitación ya que no era lo que reserve y estaba sucia las paredes , no servía la televisión y me contestó PUES POR LO QUE PAGO PUES QUE QUERÍA , cancele la reserva atraves de la aplicación, si me ayudaron, después el recepcionista se puso ya muy amable porque llegó su jefa y me dijo que ya estaba mi cancelación y que me realizarían el rembolso a mi tarjeta, el cual no ha sido devuelto, LA VERDAD NO RESERVEN ES UN HOTEL MUY SUCIO, MAL UBICADO Y ATENCIÓN PESIMA

Es un hotel limpio y trankilo. Las albercas buenas para estar un buen rato, Solo ke el aire nos fallo al 4dia de 5 Nos falto 1 almohada Y apesar de que mi recerbacion fue para 5 personas solo dan 2 toallas x abitacion. Pero la verdad es ke esta a la orilla de la avenida miguel Aleman y todo queda a la mano Caminando a 10 minutos queda la quebrada
