Es una casa de playa. El Fraccionamiento es nuevo, con acceso privado, vigilancia las 24 horas. Donde esta la casa es el conjunto diamante 16, tiene 28 casa similares, que rodea los 3,400 metros cuadrados aproximadamente de jardines y en medio esta la alberca. El auto se estaciona en la puerta principal (segundo auto queda solo a disponibilidad) y solo por dentro se puede ingresar al jardín y alberca. En la avenida principal hay restaurantes y varios negocios, a 2 kilómetros esta el mar.
