It has 3 balconies, one on each bedroom and anotherone in the dining room.

Its in front of the lagoon of 3 palos, and at 2 minutes from the beach.

It has pools, gardens, walk paths, artificial lagoons, fountains, bicicle paths, tennis court, restaurant at the lagoon with a great and beautiful lagoon view, and boat rentals, jet sky and kayak Rentals.

Its in front the shopping mall La isla shopping village and at 2 minutes from the airport, 2 minutes from Zona diamante Beaches, Bonfil Beach, 10 minutes from puerto Marquez and 25 minutes from downtown Acapulco.

The apartment its located in the newest and most hot spot of Acapulco.

The residence has security 24 hours a Day, and restricted accses for your safety and the neighborhs safety.

The First Bedroom is Equiped with a Double Bed, air condition, full closet, balcony.
