there was a great stay, the room is executive type and to little space, it is functional, there is not a functional mall at around by the moment, to the other side, the airport is to close

We stayed 3 nights at this hotel. This is the worst hotel I have stayed from ONE. The first room that was given to us stank of sewage and the second one also stank but less. All 7 floor hallways also smell terrible. There wasn´t coffe on the hallways, just hot water and the bathroom looks pretty old. The third day our room wasn´t even cleaned even though we put the sign to clean at the room´s door. The

AVOID! breakfast unchanged in 1 week and very limited, room too small to accommodate everyone and finally a swimming pool without shower which allows you to swim with people's sweat over several days.

The breakfast buffet is poor and cold. The service it’s terrible. The hotel it’s clean but very u derrabe. The staff is very helpful. Probably the only good thing of this hotel.

Price. Way too expensive for the tiniest room I have ever been. Thinest walls I have ever experienced. A sheet as a blanket and a smallest queen bed I have ever been on.

I needed a place close to the airport that was quiet. It was quiet except my neighbors were nosey so the manager moved us to a different room. Overall it was a good place to sleep before the morning flight.

Convenient and clean
Nice for a close to airport stay. Had a very early flight so we decided to stay 5 min away. Clean hotel no frills walking distance to La isla mall. Safe area. Did not use any of the hotel’s amenities like pool or breakfast. Staff was professional. Room is very basic. Bed tv restroom. We would not have a problem staying here again.

Stayed on 4th floor for a one night stay. There was a couple having relations, it was heard throughout the entire floor and went on for hours, staff never came up. The next morning my aunt came by to meet me for breakfast and I was running late. I invited her to come and wait for me in my room but the front desk agent (female) refused to allow my aunt, whom had just traveled 4 hours to see me, accompany me to a room I had paid for. I stay at the ONE hotel in Tijuana at least 1-2 months within a year and have never had staff treat me so poorly.

My reservation said it was a deluxe room and i was put on a basic room I asked the housekeeping girl and she told me the deluxe rooms were on the top floors. I called the front desk guy and he responded with that's your room that's where your room is. My reservation came with a " view" and my view involved wires, water retain gallons and the roof of the bottom floor (dinning). I was also charged for toothpaste, toothbrush even though that was included in my reservation, the front desk guy said you read the sign it says pay. Overall this is a horrible place to stay.

Me dieron una habitación que no tenía camas, tal cual solo un par de mesas, parecía broma de que solo era rentar el cuarto y debía llevar mi sleeping bag, evidentemente fue un error, y ya después me dieron otra. Desafortunadamente apesar de que incluía late chekout de 2 hrs gratis, me presionaron a salir a la 1 o era cobro automático de media noche, entiendo que el personal solo hace su trabajo, y estaban obligados a decirme lo que las herramientas le mostraban,

cheap and convenient
nice, simple, clean hotel with a pool. Great restaurants nearby. Good breakfast included. Great place to stay the night before flying out. Only thing I'd improve is the water pressure. So weak that a 5 minute shower stretches to 20-30 minutes

Perfect and close to airport
It was perfect for a short night before heading to the airport the next morning! The room is very small, basic but clean, very European style. I will definitely stay here again if needed.

We booked two double beds, but we got one queen sized bed & a cot. . Also the bathroom had a dirty towel left in the room .the breakfast was not to our liking not much variety, no bacon or ham, was offered, the eggs had water standing in the dish.

Costo benefit
We went to Acapulco for a wedding. We needed a confortable, safe and clean place to stay the night. One Acapulco was perfect for that. It is quiet, confortable, clean, safe with a safe parking. Even the included breakfast is good. And all that for a reasonable price.
