I never stayed in Lulwater Apts, but was moved to another apartment. Apartment was great, but had to wait for the property manager to turn up to let me in. Access to the apt floor as well as gym and pool required a keycard which wasn't provided. So had to ask the guard to acompany me up to access the apt. Couldn't use the gym or pool. Internet wasn't working, but property manager did fix that. Could be OK for a long term stay.

Intial contact with the apartment has to be by phone if you want let in. No email. Then you have to wait for 30 mins in the Ghana heat for the person to let you into the apartment. I never stayed at Lulwater Apts as I was moved to another apartment. Apartment was fine, but the location was not where I wanted. Might be OK for a long stay though.

Property was beautiful & amazing in a very good neighborhood with most of your needs walking distance. Osbond house manager was good & helpful. But the internet in the property wasn’t impressive and very limited, communication was poor, bad as well & microwave was taking away first day & didn’t return till we left 5days later. Not a bad property in all, with good size pool but be prepared to clear the falling leaves yourself.

Worst of the Worst of the Worst Experience EVER
My stay was not a stay, I arrived at the property to hear that my booking for the one bedroom was not available how I don't know. So I never enter the property, I never saw the apartment or the facilities basically I never checked into Lul water. They moved me about and wasted my time with other suggested accommodations. They downgraded me for the inconvenience, instead of upgrading me. Worst experience ever.

Great Stay in Alternative Apartment
I was a little concerned when my booking was switched to Pearl in the City but it worked out well - the apartment is in a great location in Cantonments, easy walking distance to lots around - even down to Oxford Street for shopping. The apartment was spacious and on two floors and, unlike other similar apartments I've stayed in, pretty quiet - no parties at late hours. Dela was great and very helpful.....reason for only 4*.....wifi dropped one evening and the stained sofa that needed a cover - shame some visitors didn't respect the facilities - I'd happily stay again.

This place has beautiful looking and is at the good location and save. The problem is that, most of the benefits are not true. First I book one bedroom and they check me in in a 3 bedroom and said they will move to the one bedroom when available. I book this place more than à month. I said okay. Second, it’s said free internet and when I got there they payed a small amount of dada to put in a small device fort he internet. They did not telling that this May finish quick and while I was on zoom meeting the dada was gone and I couldn’t finish my meeting. I spoke to them and someone came and told me that I have to pay for the dada to be able to used, I ask him, how come on the internet it’s said free internet and now I have to pay for the internet? Okey so give me my money back and I will go somewhere else. That person get connected to his boss and after 20 minutes they said the add some dada in the device. That dada last after 2 days and the internet was so bad, worst because I even can’t make a call with that. Third, the bed was so bad, when you are coming to Libé on it, it’s make a lot of sound and all of the rooms was light. I mean even at nigh the light outside get in the room and it’s like you are sitting outside, to be able to sleep I and my wife have to cover all of our body to be able to sleep. We struggle like that for 7 days. The worst things is that I tried to call Expedia to explain the situation but the robot was saying that my identification number was wrong.

Your booking was one bedroom, however we upgraded the room for you to a 3 bedroom. With regards to internet, data provided by the facility was sufficient for your stay. You were oriented on our data policies. And as such management made it possible for you to have access to internet during your stay. Issues of the bed sound and lights coming in the apartment was never reported however, management will work on it to fix these issues. I’m still shocked at how terrible this is
The rude security guard yelled insults my way and refused me entry into the premises. Why? The property was full and it didn’t matter if I had a prepaid and guaranteed reservation. After 8 hours of being jerked around I was relocated to a property that is beat described as a slum. No electricity, no hot water, no sheets, no breakfast (which we paid for), no cleaning service, ripped towels. A nightmares in general. One of us ended up with malaria (we had to leave windows open for air, and mosquitoes came in). We relocated to another hotel and had to pay last minute rates. Also, many other people who had reservations at their other properties faced similar issues. Attaching some photos of the ridiculous substitute accommodation I was given

However, it must be indicated that your relocation was communicated to you before your arrival. Such as the new property have the same standards as that of your initial booking. Again you and the family declined the breakfast. We provide cleaning everyday so it's not true, we didn't provide house keeping for you. Where we hosted you is 5 minutes from the National Airport as well as 5 minutes away from the Accra Mall. All the same, we apologise for any inconveniences you faced.
