Stayed at The Signature, a great facility. Jennifer from Accra Luxury provided outstanding customer service, resolving a delayed check-in and facilitating an upgrade to address room issues. I asked the third party agent to replace the water with belaqua or voltic which she agreed and took away the other brand which I think is Verna. She never came back. I called the conceirge and on four different times, they told me someone would deliver the water but to no avail. I requested for it again in the morning with breakfast and nothing happened. This is very appalling.
