A welcome package containing basic necessities will be provided to help you settle in during the first few days of your stay.

GUEST ACCESS

Guests will have access to the entire townhouse, the private backyard, the shared swimming pool, and the communal garden area.

Check-in is from 2:00 p.m., and check-out is by 12:00 noon. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible with sufficient advance notice, subject to availability.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Internet

Wi-Fi is provided for normal browsing, communication, and everyday use. Due to local bandwidth limitations, guests are asked to avoid downloading very large files or multiple movies. Additional internet data may be purchased by guests at their own expense if needed.

Electricity and Energy Use

Please turn off lights, air conditioners, water heaters, and other appliances when they are not in use.

The property has electricity backup; however, excessive consumption caused by leaving high-powered appliances running unnecessarily may require additional electricity to be purchased at the guest’s expense.

Air Conditioning

Each air-conditioning unit has a wall switch located beneath it. The wall switch must be turned on before using the remote control.

Please switch off both the air-conditioning unit and the wall switch when leaving the room or when the unit is not in use.

Hot Water

The hot-water heater is located inside a cupboard on the left-hand side of the uppermost floor. Turn it on approximately 10 minutes before use and switch it off immediately afterward.

The switch is located high inside the cupboard. A reach stick is provided inside the cupboard to help turn the switch on and off.

The water heater and air-conditioning units consume significant electricity, so please do not leave them running when they are not needed.

Security and Visitors

For the safety of all residents, security personnel at the entrance must be notified in advance of any expected visitors.

Please ensure that both the front door and the rear door leading to the garden are securely locked whenever you leave the property.

Noise

The Haven is located in a quiet residential community. Please be considerate of neighbors and avoid excessive noise, especially during the evening and early-morning hours. Parties and disruptive gatherings are not permitted.

Cleaning

Additional interior cleaning can usually be arranged once or twice per week for a fee of $50 per cleaning session. Please request this service in advance so that availability can be confirmed.

Food and Dining

East Legon has a wide range of nearby restaurants, cafés, and food-delivery options. Guests will also find supermarkets and shops within easy reach of the property.

CARE OF THE HOME

The Haven is a cherished family home. We kindly ask guests to keep the property clean and tidy and to treat the furnishings, appliances, and shared facilities with care.

Any damage, loss, or breakage should be reported immediately. Guests may be charged for the reasonable cost of repairing or replacing damaged or missing items.
