Ghana disappointment

You booked me into a property that was closed down for renovations. I arrived there at 10.30pm, after a long flight from Lo don, to be told that the hotel had been closed for sometime due to building work. How did you guys not know? Finding a place to sleep at that time of night, in a country i knew nothing about was very stressful, and i ended up paying well over the odds for a very mediocre room in a very dinjy guest house, When i contacted Vrbo the next morning to complain, the response i got was extremely unsupportive, to the point where i felt the agent didnt believe me, and he basically left me to sort out the mess unassisted. Its really not good enough. Im so disappointed. Wont be booking with you again.
