Biggest complaints were that the walls were very thin (but nothing that kept us up through the night or anything) and the shower drain had not been cleaned recently, which I had to do myself to keep the shower from flooding (gross). Other than that though, everything was excellent for the price and very close to the airport. There are nicer/more expensive options available, but this was a very good deal comparatively. I do wish the pool was open later or 24/7 (it closes at 10pm)

I did not receive what was advertised

The company falsely advertised the Loxwood hotel on the website. The hotel that was advertise is located about 2 blocks away from the hotel and it's called The Gallery. I can't imagine how many other guests who thought that they were paying for the Loxwood and ended up paying for a different hotel called The Gallery. When I discovered the issue, I immediately notified the website and host. When the issue was revealed the host attempted to deflect what I had discovered. I can provide receipts as well as pictures. I cant post what I really suspect on my review.
The Loxwood Hotel. This hotel was advertised on the Expedia website.
The Gallery Hotel. This is the one that you will receive in person.
