You'll enjoy parking space, a veranda, living room with sofa beds, visitors restroom, private patio and garden with your own washing line, as well as a large kitchen to dine 6, visitors restroom exclusively for your use.

With various amenities such as nearby corner shops, markets, churches and recreational facilities, Sakaman estate is a popular residential area for both locals and expatriates.

It is well placed strategically for affordable housing, easy travel, shopping and work in Accra.

Staying guests can check for availability of the private pool and book to use it for free, if interested and are qualified to swim. Visitors of staying guests would need to pay to use the pool. Just ask. Please note guests swim at their own risk.
