Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Occupancy Limit: Maximum of 2 registered guests allowed. Unregistered overnight visitors are not permitted.

Pets: Pets are strictly not allowed.

Care of Space: Please remove shoes indoors, keep the space tidy, and ensure all air conditioning units, appliances, and lights are switched off whenever you leave the unit.



Building & Safety

Trash Disposal: Secure trash in the bin liner provided under the kitchen sink. Tied trash bags can be placed in the main building refuse bin outside near the ground-floor exit.

Main Entrance: Keep the front door locked at all times.

Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
