"Very small room.No amenities And very uncomfortable. No air conditioning and we were not able to keep the windows open because there was no screen provided on the windows And bugs would get inside the room. We had to keep the windows closed at night. I fell The first time I used the shower in the bathroom because the bathtub was very slick and there was nothing to hold on. I injured my head and my right hand trying to hold on to something. "Good location for exploring the area and access to the rail link to Leon. Facilities are those appropriate to its star rating. My stay was on a Monday, the hotel rest day - check-in staff very helpful, but thereafter you are on your own. In contrast for normal full service days there is a welcoming bar/cafeteria and restaurant facilities."

"Walls are thin and transmit every sound. On the first floor there was noise from the restaurant all night long. No coffee maker or water in the room. If you enter from the parking lot on arrival you will need to carry your luggage up a flight of stairs. It is located close to most places in town with short distance walks. "

"The front desk staff was absolutely wonderful and treated my dog like royalty. I brought him as a pet because he is my wife’s registered service dog, yet he has never been treated that well! I reserved the economy room, which was just fine for one night. The only issue I encountered was the steam heater in the bathroom was on when I checked in and it took it a very long time to cool down. Luckily, there was a fan in the room, and with the window open it was fine. If you like your room, cool and you sleep, I suggest making sure the heaters are off when you occupy the room. Otherwise a great stay at a great location, with a wonderful staff."
